Itinerary
Representative ofReliance Trekking will be receiving you at Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu and you will be transferred to hotel in our private tourist vehicle. Overnight at Hotel. (Breakfast included)
In the morning, we set up a pre-trip meeting with an introduction of the trekking guide. Managing the document to prepare the paperwork for the trekking, then we visit the UNESCO listed world heritage sites of the Kathmandu valley, including Boudhnath Stupa, one of the biggest Buddhist shrines in the world, the Pashupatinath temple that is situated beside the Bagmati River. Driving back to the hotel, you prepare the trek with packing your belongings. Overnight at hotel. (Breakfast included)
We drive to Syaphrubesi early in the morning. You drive through the picturesque hillside and the River valley. Half of the road pretty much challenges, which is after Trishuli Bazaar. Syaphrubesi is the gateway of the Langtang trek. It takes 7-8 hours to reach there from Kathmandu. O/N Syabrubesi (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included)
The trek begins after the breakfast, heading through the steep forest slope to the Langtang River. Heading through the winding trail, we trek down to the stream and begin another hillside, to the ethnic settlement of Lama Hotel. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included)
After having breakfast, we begin to trek down through the steep route towards the Langtang River. Crossing the bridge, we walk through the jig jack trail. Crossing the stream and passing through the water-driven mills and prayer wheels to the large settlement of Langtang. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included)
Passing through the tiny village after the breakfast, we head passing the huge Mani walls along a gentle path of a hill. It is relatively an easy walk. Reaching early after visiting the cheese factory, we have a lunch and rest the day. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included)
This is a fabulous day. After the breakfast, we head towards the Tserko Ri, which is almost about 5000 meters. The spectacular views of Langtang Lirung, Langtang Yubra and the surrounding peaks can be explored dramatically. The enchanting scenery allures us. Then, we back to the Kyanjin Gompa and rest. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included)
Heading back from Kyanjin Gompa after the breakfast, we enjoy the local surroundings, towering peaks and the culturally loaded Tamang villages. We gradually trek down to Lama Hotel. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included)
After the breakfast, we trek down to the River, cross the bridge and climb up towards Thulo Syabru. The dramatic views of the Langtang Himalayan panorama and the outstanding terraced hillside. Walking through the pine and juniper forest, we reach to Thulo Syabru. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included).
Beginning the trek from Thulo Syaphru, we climb up to the Dimsa village and walk continually through the rhododendron, hemlock and Oak forest. The view of Langtang valley and the snow covered peaks can be explored throughout the trail. Gradually, we reach to Shin Gompa. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included).
After the breakfast, we begin to climb through the rhododendron covered point to the top of the rim and through a forested area. Today, we pass through the pocket zone of the red panda. Heading through the forest, up and down trail, we reach to the sacred destination of the Gosaikunda Lake. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Included).
The biggest day during the trek, which is challenging enough to cross the 4610 meters pass in the Langtang region, known as Lauribina Pass. Enjoying the view of tiny Lakes, crossing a rocky hill with pine, rhododendron trees, Sandle Woodem, Juniper forest until Ghopte. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Launch, Dinner included).
After the breakfast at Ghopte, we trek down through a forested area and the grazing meadow, which is bordered by the rhododendron forest. Then we reach Tharepati and climb towards the hill ridge. The magnificent Himalayan views and green hills look dramatic. Passing through the village, trek down to the Melamchi River and crossing a bridge, reach to Melamchi Gaon. Overnight at lodge (Breakfast, Lunch,Dinner included).
Heading from the Melamchi Gaon after the breakfast, we trek down to the stream. It is the stream that servers water in the Kathmandu valley, taken from a huge tunnel. It is, a day, you enter into the typical cultural zone of the Helambu region. We reach to Tarke Ghyang and take a rest. The stone houses are close together with narrow alleyways separating them on Tarke Gyang. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included).
Having breakfast at Tarke Ghyang, we cross small forest with the view of the beautiful village of Helembu region. The trail escorts us through the antique valley of the Sherpa people, known as Gangyul. They follow Drukpa Kagyu Buddhism. Gradually, we reach to Sermathang and rest. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included)
After the breakfast at Shermathang, we begin to trek down to Melamchi Pul Bazaar, passing various Sherpa settlements. We enjoy the green hill terraces and scattered settlements. Walking about 7 hours, we reach to Melamchi Pul Bazaar. Overnight at lodge. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner included)
We take a bus drive from Melamchi Bazaar to Kathmandu. On the way, we can enjoy the scenery of the beautiful Rivers, Mountains, landscapes, field, cultural villages, and can be captured adventures scenes. It takes about 5 hours and transfer to the hotel
