Day 01- Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1345meters).
Our representative will be receiving you at Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu and s/he will be transffered to hotel in our private tourist vehicle. Overnight at Hotel.(Breakfast included)
Day 02- Pre-trip Meeting and Kathmandu city sightseeing Tour.
In the morning, after breakfast, At around 8am, we host a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu and introduce your trek leader/guide. Please seek this opportunity to ask questions about your trek. We will also supply you with our trek . For the meeting, please make sure you bring passport, three copies of passport-size photos, and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. During this meeting, please clear the due balance, if any, and sign the legally binding trip form as well as the non-liability disclaimer. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving late and therefore are unable to attend the pre-trip meeting. After the Pre-Trip meeting and breakfast, your sightseeing trip will start in the morning. We visit, Boudhnath Stupa, one of the biggest Buddhist shrines in the world, where we observe Buddhist monks in prayer in the monasteries surrounding the stupa. After Boudhnath Stupa we visit Pashupatinath, the most famous Hindu temple in the country, located on the banks of the holy Bagmati River. Here we see Hindu holy men (sadhus) meditating, pilgrims bathing and occasionally funeral pyres burning on the ghats. Overnight Hotel. (Breakfast included)
Day 03:Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla(2800m) and Trek to Phakding (2652m)
Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla 35 minute, It takes 3 to 4 hours walks to phakding and prepare luggage for the Porters then walking starts through the stone paved trails towards Bhaisekharka. It is few up downs to get in to Phakding passing through plenty of prayer Rocks (Mani in local language). After getting in to the lodge at Phakding, fresh up and short walk to the village or hike up to the Gompa to get acclimatize. overnight at the lodge. (Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner included).
Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazar (3440m)
After hot breakfast at your lodge, the trail leads towards the suspension bridge and easy uphill to the Monju from where Sagarmath National Park begins. After short National Park formalities, drop down to the river, cross another suspension bridge and continue walk to the high Hilary Bridge at the bottom of the hill. After the bridge the trail leads uphill to the Namche Bazzar. On the way you will have great view of Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Kusum Khangru and more with beautiful valley.Its takes 6-7 hrs walk, overnight at the lodge.(Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner included).
Day 05: Visit around NamcheBazar Rest of day
This day is especially sectioned for acclimatization. We will hike to Syangboche Airport (3700m), supposed to be the highest airport in the world, then continue climbing to Everest View Hotel for great panoramic views of the Everest, Lhotse, Amadablam, Tawache etc. On the way back, we visit Sherpa Culture Museum and Everest Photo Gallery. Overnight at Lodge, overnight at the lodge. (Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner included).
Day 05: Trek from NamcheBazar to Tengboche (3800m)
The uniform and easy trail leads us towards the view of Mount Everest, descending deep into the Dudh Koshi Valley at Pungki Thanka and from this point, it ascends the right flank of the Dudh Koshi valley to Tengboche Monastery (3860m). It is the spiritual center of the Khumbu. The climb is lengthy, but is more than adequately compensated by gorgeous views of Mount Amadablam and on a clear day, views of Mt. Everest and its surrounding peaks. Its takes 5-6 hours walk,overnight at the lodge.(Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner included).
Day 06: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4410m)
Descend through a beautiful forest, cross the Imja Khola and trek through the village of Pangboche (3900m); perhaps today is the most interesting trekking because you will not lose altitude like on other days and you will enjoy views of Mt. Amadablam, Mt. Lhotse & other peaks; the route continues through pastures to Dingboche, known as the 'summer valley'. Its takes 7 hours walk,overnight at the lodge.(Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner included).
Day 07: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m)
Trek along a broad valley floor to Dughla, passing the Trekkers Aid Post at Pheriche (4240 m).This trek is staffed by western volunteer doctors and supported by the Himalayan Rescue Association, which offers treatment and consultation to trekkers. Continue up the valley, gaining altitude. We come out of the valley to descend to the yak pastures of Lobuche.Its takes 6 hours walk,overnight at Lodge,(Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner Included)
Day 08: Trek from Lobuche to Gorekshep(5140m) Everst B C(5364m) Gorekshep
After a short climb through meadows, look down at the Khumbu glacier. the best vantage point to view the entire south face of Mt. Everest and the surrounding peaks. After a couple of hours we will get to Gorekshep, and continue our journey to the Everest base camp. There is not much elevation gain, but there are a lot of ups and downs and, combined with altitude, this can be an exhausting trek - but the journey is worth it. After approximately 3 hrs of hiking, you will arrive at the base camp and enjoy a magnificent view of the Khumbu glacier and icefall, where the Everest expeditions begin.Its takes 7- 8 hours, overnight at Lodge,(Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner Included)
Day09: Hiking to Kalapattar (5550m) - Gorekshep to Pheriche (4210m)
The day starts with a hike up to Kalapattar (5550m), the best viewpoint to witness Mount Everest, in all its glory and the spectacular Himalayan range. We then trek back to Gorekshep, for breakfast and then descend to Pheriche. Its takes 7-8 hours walk,overnight at Lodge,(Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner Included)
Day 10: Trek from pheriche to Phortse Tanga(3680m)
Now we trek from Pheriche to Phortse Tanga . On the way, one can have a look at wild animals like mountain goat, musk deer and many species of himalayan birds. There are monasteries as well at Pangboche and Phortse which were believed to have been constructed during the 16th century. The Pangboche village has also gained its popularity for highest settlement on earth.Its takes 6 hours walk,overnight at Lodge, (Breakfast, Lunch,Dinner Included)
Day 11: Trek from Phortse Tanga to Monjo(2835) VIA Khumjung village(3780m)
Today our trekking destination is Monjo village. From Phortse village the trail drops sharply down to the Dudh Kosi and the village of Phortse Thangka, where we cross the river and ascend up to Mongla Hill which offers also the close up mountain views. From here descend all the way down to famous town Namche Bazaar. We could visit the National park museum if you have time, otherwise, having lunch, we trek further descends down to Monjo village.Its takes 8 hours, overnight at Lodge,(Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner Included)
Day 12: Trek from Monjo to Lukla(2810m)
Today is the final day of our mountain trekking excursion. During the trekking trails gradually descend along the bank of Dudh Koshi River. We would have plenty of opportunities to walk over suspension bridges. After arrival, check into the hotel and if you have time and interest, just hike with me to Khunde hospital and to explore around. It’s very quiet and nice place. Day 13:Fly back from Lukla to Kathmandu
35-minutes amazing scenic fly back to Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel( breakfast included).
Day 14:Departure day your Destination
Free day for shopping and departure After breakfast in to your hotel, we will drop you at the airport to take your onward flight as per time. If you have late flight, you will have time to do last minute shopping if you deserve.(Breakfast included)
